Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute and UB awarded $1.5 million DOE 3-year grant for AI-assisted biomedical research

Niagara Frontier Publications reported on a $1.5 million grant awarded to a joint Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute and UB project that will use artificial intelligence to study how cells and molecules respond to radiation. Edward Snell (MDI) will serve as co-principal investigator.
