Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering Major
Brooklyn, NY
I am a member of the robotics club where I was able to contribute to the construction of a VTOL(Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft.
In my free time, I love plane spotting at airports with my dad.
One thing that has helped me succeed as an engineering student is being a part of a successful study group. Frequently, there are times where you read a problem and feel completely lost with no clue on how to approach it. Having a group of peers where everyone could share their ideas will allow you to take someone’s thoughts and refine it into your own. If you are wondering how to find an efficient study group, the SEAS offers a variety of clubs and activities that will undoubtedly allow you to find others within your major who also want to work together and better their understanding of the material. Keep in mind that team collaboration is a huge part of being an engineer and these experiences will greatly benefit you in the future.
