Education: BS in Individualized Studies with a focus on K-12 Education and a minor in Coaching, SUNY Buffalo State University; MS in Higher Education Administration, SUNY Buffalo State University.

Academic Path:  My journey started in K-12 education, where I was also a two-sport athlete at Buffalo State University. After my junior year, I began to question if that path was the right fit for me. That uncertainty led me to walk into the career center, which became a turning point that introduced me to the field of Higher Education!

I completed internships with the Career and Professional Education Center and co-planned a Summer Bridge program at Buffalo State. There, I supported students in exploring their professional paths and transitioning into college. Those experiences solidified my passion for ensuring students feel a sense of belonging!

My journey then led me to the University at Buffalo, where I spent some time in the athletics department as an academic advising intern for the football team. It was there that I found my passion for academic advising while working closely with student athletes. I was drawn to the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences because of the opportunity to support students in rigorous and innovative programs where strong guidance and support really matter. Being part of SEAS truly feels like home, and I am so grateful and honored to be here.

Specialty Area: Student Athlete Support

Hobbies and Interests:  I love hanging out with my friends and spending time with my dog (Lilly) !  I still play competitive softball and enjoy staying active through working out and recreational sports. In my free time, I like going on hikes and reading poetry. I also enjoy supporting student-athlete mental health and wellness through presentations, workshops, and advocacy work.
