Program Description

The Engineering Science MS with a course focus in Nanoelectronics is an innovative program designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop application-specific data and electronic systems, from basic building blocks implemented in nanoelectronics to complex systems consisting of both software and hardware for demanding signal processing and control. Students will develop knowledge and understanding of the microtechnology and nanotechnology aspects of electronic engineering and their application in micro and nanoscale devices.
