Graduate students from EE presented their research posters to faculty, staff, fellow students, and members of the community during the annual Graduate Student Poster competitions at the Department and School-Wide Levels.

The winners of the Department of Electrical Engineering poster competition were:

First place:​
"Nanoscale Optical Communications for In Vivo Wireless Nanosensor Networks" presented by Pedram Johari (Advisor: Josep Jornet)

Second place:
“Fast Binary Counters Based on Symmetric Stacking” presented by Christopher Fritz (Advisor: Adly T. Fam)

Third place:
“β-Ga2O3 power MOSFET for High Efficiency Next Generation Power Electronic” presented by Ke Zeng (Advisor: Uttam Singisetti)

Honorable mention:
“Magnetohydrodynamic Drop-on-Demand Liquid Metal Printing: Device Design & Characterization” presented by Viktor Sukhotskiy (Advisor: Edward Furlani)

Top EE finishers went on to compete in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Research Poster Competition.  In this contest, the second place award went to Christopher Fritz and the third place award went to Pedram Johari.
