Undergraduates make ice cream from nitrogen during E-Week

The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) student chapter partnered with the Chemical and Biological Engineering Department to make edible ice cream out of liquid nitrogen in the Student Union. E-Week is organized by the Student Association Engineering Council.

Engineers Week brought engineering at UB into the spotlight with a series of student-run engineering and science-themed competitions. Each year, UB's student engineering clubs organize a variety of programs to promote interaction among participating clubs and the campus community.   CBE's AIChE chapter club members perform other community outreach events such as holding demonstrations at the Buffalo Science Museum.
