NAMS names Vinh Bui 2025 Graduate Student Fellow

Vinh Bui, a 5th year PhD candidate from the Haiqing Lin research group, has been named the 2025 Graduate Student Fellow by the North American Membrane Society (NAMS).
The award recognizes outstanding graduate students with strong track records of research accomplishments, leadership, and contributions in the membrane science and technology area.
Vinh Bui is the first author of four and co-author of twelve peer-reviewed articles in the field of membrane science. He was awarded the 2022 NAMS Best Poster Presentation, the 2022 Excellence in Material Research Award from CBE, and was also named Arthur A. Schomburg Fellow by the State University of New York (SUNY) in 2020.
He will present an oral presentation at the award session at the NAMS annual meeting in Nashville, TN this coming May.
