  • Coordinate advising and committees for undergraduate and graduate programs
  • Provide “walk in” advising for undergraduate and graduate students
  • Class scheduling
  • Force registration, exception registration, grade changes, and petitions
  • Applications to Candidacy (ATC)
  • Amendments to ATC
  • Full Time Status Certifications
  • Maintenance of undergraduate online catalog
  • Updates to undergraduate and graduate sections of website
  • Textbook ordering

Todd Nibbe, Facilities and Operations Coordinator

  • Planning, coordination, promotion and notification for Wednesday Seminar Series
  • Guest hospitality
  • Coordinate space at the department level
  • Initiate UB Facilities work orders
  • Coordinate custodial work as needed
  • Initiate SENS & CIT work orders
  • SEAS Cleanout week department contact
  • Departmental time keeper
  • Coordinate with EH&S regarding proper postings for labs
  • Attend EH&S lab safety inspections
  • Student & Alumni list management
