Why did you choose to attend UB?
It’s where I felt the most at home for the right quality and cost. UB has a great balance of both high quality and lower cost compared to other colleges.
Why did you decide to major in MAE?
MAE is where I could immerse myself in my interest for engineering, cars, and aerodynamics.
What is your fondest memory so far at UB?
Designing, building, and competing the UB SAE Baja Car, and Club Soccer. The memories from these experiences have been some of the most enjoyable and unforgettable from my time at UB.
What is your favorite thing about living in Buffalo?
There is a lot to do and it’s close to home.
What was your involvement outside the classroom?
Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) President, Former SAE Baja Captain, Men's Club Soccer Treasurer. I am thankful for the friendship’s I have made through my club involvement and the achievements we have made together.
What makes your UB story unique?
I have been a leader of UB SAE and Men's Club Soccer, while being a student leader and now TA for EAS199/202; all while maintaining a good GPA in a double engineering major.
Aside from engineering, what else are you passionate about?
Soccer and Drums (music)
What are your plans after graduation?
I will continue on to graduate school here at UB for mechanical engineering. I am very much looking forward to continuing my engineering degree next year at UB.
What will you miss most about being a UB undergrad?
I will miss my involvement level in my clubs (SAE & Soccer).
What is your advice to current and incoming MAE students?
GET INVOLVED. Get involved with something you’re passionate about outside of the classroom and stay involved. It’s where you will get to build the network and relationships that will impact you for many years.
