Research Facilities

In Fall 2011, the Department of Electrical Engineering moved to Davis Hall, a new green building with state-of-the-art research laboratory facilities, teaching labs and lecture halls, designed to support collaboration among faculty and student groups within the department, across the university, and with other institutions.

The new building houses ergonomically designed work spaces, a state-of-the-art auditorium and several conference rooms, (including smart rooms) and a brand new Class 1000 clean room.

Class 1000 Clean Room

The state of the art clean room offers faculty and students the resources to perform advanced research alongside the premier universities of the world. With over $1 million in equipment invested, this facility is a one of a kind in Western New York.
