BBG WEEK 1 ARMS AND ABS!! Circuit 1⃣ - PUSH UP -SQUAT AND PRESS -LAY DOWN PUSH UP - TRICEP DIPS Circuit 2️⃣ - MOUTAIN CLIMBERS - AB BIKES - STRAIGHT LEG SIT UPS - STRAIGHT LEG SIT UPS + TWIST Start circuit ONE! - Set a timer for 7 minutes and complete 10 reps of each exercise over and over again until the timer goes off.
