FOAM ROLLING!! There are so many things you can do with this! Here is some of the ways I use my foam roller to really massage out my sore muscles. This helps me sleep better, eases any back pain or inflammation I may have and stops knee and lower back aches for me! I set a 10 minute timer and roll my WHOLE BODY, really focusing on my sore spots! Try it today!! My foam roller is the blue one from @sweat (same as mat) 😍🙌 www.kaylaitsines.com/app

Answering community questions - "you post your highlights, what are some of the "lows" that come with everyone knowing you"
It's not really like me to talk about the "lows" of being me, because to be honest, there isn't much and I believe it's that way because of my mindset.
I really love my job, I'm grateful for the opportunities I have had, I love helping people so its safe to say I'm pretty happy. Not only that, but I am surrounded by amazing people. In saying that, I ca...n count my best friends easily, the people who would be there for me in a SECOND on ONE hand. It is sometimes hard to find people who truly are there for you and support for you, but they are absolutely priceless relationships to have. This is hard for all people and a very difficult thing for me but I have been so lucky to have these people in my life. Tag your amazing people below.

Answering community questions - "where do you buy your workout clothes from"
This is something that I feel like I need to say. When I started this journey, I told @tobi_pearce a few things I would absolutely not do. One of the things I said was.. "I don't want to be paid to advertise anything I don't believe in." There were obviously a few more things but this is the most relevant here and I want to start with the preface that I don't do paid shoutouts. I just thought I woul...d say that before I go on to make my list of recommendations. Here are some brand names I like to wear, you can do your own research if you want. The brands I buy my clothes from are Adidas, Nike, Alo Yoga, Charli Chohen(what I'm wearing in this photo), Jaggard, Lorna Jane, Lurve, Koral, Nimble, P.E nation, New Guard, Puma, 2XU, New balance, Asics, Brooks, Contrology and Lululemon!!
