Thanksgiving has passed but here is what I cooked up! Hope you all enjoyed the holiday and gave thanks. I have so much to be thankful for and am currently blessed with my beautiful baby boy, husband, and health ❤️

The most dominant triathlete in the world just announced she'll focus on the marathon for the 2020 Olympics, but first, Gwen Jorgensen is focused on her favorite holiday. She shared four Thanksgiving dishes she'll make next week.

It has been almost a month since I have run. Last time I ran I had to use a support belt (Fitsplint). I hope to return to running soon, but for now I'm listening to my body. I wrote a detailed blog about Stanley's birth. If you like details have a read.

One year later.

Here is a behind the scenes look at my Olympic race including my power file. My coach Jamie gives you an inside look into how I prepared for the big show. Have a read here: http://bit.ly/RioGwen

This time last year I was in Rio going over my race day goals. I was confident, ready, and excited. I didn't have a race plan as you can't plan a race with so many variables. This year I'm getting ready for an even more exciting chapter in my life but feeling so much less prepared. I've done no training for this and again can't make any plans as anything could happen. I have no idea when or how baby will enter this world. All I know is he/she will make an entrance when ready and on his/her own terms. Maybe baby just wants to be my one year out present I'm not too uncomfortable and been surprisingly patient so can't complain about being past due date - it is after all only an estimate and not a race date set in stone!

Only about 2 weeks to go until Baby's due date, however most first time babies don't arrive on time so I will be patiently waiting. Baby can take as much time as (s)he needs to come out healthy and happy. Have e read below on how some of my training has changed throughout this pregnancy.

Five years ago I became an Olympian. It was a bitter-sweet moment, leaving me proud to be an Olympian, but also leaving me feeling blue. I gave my best effort at the London Olympics, but came up short after a flat tire on the bike portion of the triathlon. It was a trying time for me. And for
