Been in 25 Hard Rocks around the Glove and also several Times in Orlando with my VIP Clients, so far tonight it was the biggest frustration ever.
Bad Table Location,
Poor food quality x quantity x price.
Literaly prejudice from the server towards my Brazilian Party....
Anyway! Very bad experience and dissapointed. Unfortunately started wrong and ended wrong with a sarcastic act from the waiter when my client requested a coaster and he brought to him a stack of over 50 of them laughing at him. Ridicolous.
Managers approached to me but unfortunately I refused to discuss the manner in front of my clients that dont speak english.
Feel bad about this and I sincerly hope that this Huge Corporation looks after my challenge and make me change my mind because I know it is bad for the place´s reputation and I work in the same bussiness for over 20 years.
My friend and I were exhausted after 13 hours at the park. We were tired and hungry, grumpy we had to wait to eat but still in a Goodish mood. We were seated after 20 minutes which wasn't bad considering the park had just let out, but shortly after our moods drastically changed. You see, Thriller came on and much to our extreme amusement we saw 4 members of the wait staff dancing in damn near perfectly synchronized fashion. It was glorious, and it brightened our exhaustion. T...he waiter closest to us (we were behind them and to the side) was dancing with all his heart and soul in it, like his purpose in life was to dance to Michael Jackson for sunburnt tourists. My friend says "if that's our waiter I'm going to Lose it" and I'll be damned, it was.
Long story short Anthony C was a terrific waiter with a great sense of humor and some sweet dance moves. The mojitos were perfect after a hot day and the food was nothing short of delicious. I always thought Hard Rock Cafes were hokey tourist bull but I guess I'm a member of the cult of hard rock now because that was a great first experience.
Everything was fine until my husband's chicken sandwich, which he asked to be cooked well done.m, came out under cooked and gummy.. after we told the waiter and asked for him to take it off the bill, his whole attitude changed after that and he was avoiding us the rest of the time there. It ruined our entire experience. I've to many HRC in the past and the location at Universal Studios Orlando was the worst by far!
Awesome time I spent with my familia after visiting Universal Studios, the best burgers and hubby had nachos which were huge but a bit dry needed some more beans and cheese and definitely less jalapeños...music was jamming, most definite we will come back again!!
Fantastic night, special thanks to manager MC who made our night extra special by letting us see the John Lennon room, much appreciated. Such a cool place and delicious food and drink.
We were seated to our table on time and quickly gave our drinks order and meal. Drinks turned up minus a cocktail which soon followed . Had to wait over 45 mins for meal to arrive, club sandwich was cold and chips like warm but was just glad to eat, pleasant surroundings but overpriced for what we received. Waitress was good and friendly
Great service by Vegas, great choice of food and drinks, great value for money. As always the portions are huge but “everything’s big in America”.visited the shop after our dinner and bagged a few bargains there too. Went back for dinner again so it was obviously good for us fusspotts x
Made reservations ahead of time. Great service. Had the pulled pork sandwhich and Texan sandwhich very good. Fun atmosphere 😀 And of coarse great rock and roll memorabilia. It was my sons first visit. He had fun watching videos and singing along. Would definitely visit again.
