Our server Lisa knew her stuff. Table for three, all first timers. Her suggestions and surprises were spot on! We had the miso glazed Chilean skewers and lobster rolls as our starter. O h m y g a w d... both could have been unlimited portions and we would've made ourselves sick. It was so delicious!!!! Our entree we shared the shrimp pad thai and chicken something or other. After such an unforgettable first round, we were still salivating over the sea bass and sushi so we inhaled the entree. Our dessert was the giant fortune cookie, but nothing could compare to the awesome service from Lisa and the amazing drinks she recommended. I've lived in Las Vegas for 16 years and i would never have thought to come here. Now i want to come back again and again!

Terrible service, the host didint honor my request to sit in a boot, and said it was reserved for a larger party, however, 5 minutes later the host sits a party of two, and when I went up front and confronted the manger who supposedly did not want us to sit there started coming up with an excuse after another. After my miserable and ruined meal the manager came up to me with more excuses and offered no solution and didn't comp anything off my bill. Very disappointed and wouldn't go back there or recommend if any longer to any of my friends.

I would NOt say this is a great night club, slightly better than average but not worth the money for the “exclusive perks” also be aware, if you get any VIP areas and wish to purchase any additional bottles of alcohol cost they point to on the drink menu is not the actual cost but 10x that amount after hidden feeswith no exaggeration.

Enjoyed the delicious food. We had the Chilean sea bass, which was wonderful except the glaze was too sweet for my palette. We had reservations, but due to a minor screw up we waited an additional 15 minutes. We also waited a long time for the appetizer. Lisa, however too really good care of us and comped us a free dessert. Altogether, it was an ok experience. The wait time and the loud ambiance wasn't our cup of tea.

Food is terrible. Waitress acted like she was giving us a complimentary upgrade on our sake flights because when we ordered two she said "Oh great, I will give you 8 different ones so you can try more!" Without confirming we even wanted that she disappeared. Yeah on our bill our $18 dollar flights of sake was more like $60 something flights of sake. SO rude and of course the women who did this we never say again. Our server acted like we weren't cool enough to be served by him. The LOW point of my trip was this meal. Half my shrimp was either not deveined and the rest the vein was still stuck to it GROSS

We had a great time. 2nd time here. First time, we had a table/bottle service so it was easy to get through the night. This time, we winged it. Never paid attention to the lack of space until now. Better to get a table/bottle service. Didn’t care for the smokers destroying my breathing air. If they make it a ‘smoke on the balcony only’ gig, they’ll get five stars! That’ll make TAO elite!

I couldn't wait to leave this place. We arrived with a booking and were made to wait with a buzzer after queuing in the most chaotic bar I have ever been in. After finally getting a table we were lead through to the restaurant, a series of rooms PACKED with tables. There are more tables than space. You can guarantee you might as well be eating with the person on your left and right rather than the person in front of you.

Conversation was a non starter as all you can hear is ...generic music played too loud and the sound of 1,000 people shouting at each other.

The service was good, the food was good. The atmosphere is basically a club toilet, all noise, a bit of a smell and a desire to leave as soon as possible.

Disappointing. I won't becoming here again.

Surreal place, The food and atmosphere along with the Asian visuals, and then the club... awesome experience. See some bad reviews but I think that is the club, We lucked out after eating dinner there they took us up the back elevator thru the vip room and we left before it got crazy up in there!

This club is unorganized. The line process absolutely ridiculous no hospitality. We had to go outside in the cold and wait for an hour only to get inside to wait in 3 more lines to check tickets, id, and security. I got here at 9pm when the doors opened did not enter the club until 11:20pm. Gucci make the rapper was supposed to bring in new year and countdown.. i never saw him. He performed on screen as if he isn’t in the building. My tickets came with open bar from 9-11 .. I didn’t get to use it because the hastle of getting in the club. Drinks were $20/each for a small cup. Absolutely no seats for general admission. If you don’t have a section you’ll be standing all night.

Please dont visit this place since they have ridiculous regulations. It's stupid to pay another ticket to entrance just because the cc used was left at home. If you have the receipt handy why they need you give you hard time. We are US citizens and donn't deserve this treatment. Tao is playing with your mind and money. So upset. No right.
